These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Mallusskva, a digital finance solutions company located at 12 Airport Road, Tamale, Ghana. Our services are designed for tech-savvy individuals and entrepreneurs seeking advanced personal finance management tools.

2. Description of Services

Mallusskva provides digital tools and mobile applications for personal finance management, including but not limited to:

• Financial analytics and reporting dashboards
• Educational workshops and training programs
• Business finance management solutions

Our services are continuously evolving, and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our offerings at any time with appropriate notice to users.

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of our services, you must create a user account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these terms. Upon termination:

• We may delete your account and data after 90 days
• You remain liable for all charges incurred before termination
• Provisions regarding intellectual property and liability survive termination

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through:

1. Good faith negotiations between the parties
2. Mediation by a mutually agreed mediator
3. Binding arbitration under Ghana's Arbitration Act
4. Court proceedings in Tamale, Ghana as a last resort

You waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against Mallusskva.

13. Changes to Terms
